Administration Staff
Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities: 

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail and documents
Organize and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
Set up and maintain filing and recording systems (company document, personnel, asset, vehicle, etc)
Ensure IT and Communications system runs efficiently and effectively (Internet connection, Printer, Scanner, Copier and Fax)
Order and dispense supplies.
Manage office space
Arrange and confirm appointments
Minor Book keeping
Other administrative tasks

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Min. D3
Relevant training or qualification
Fluent in English
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures 

Key Competencies:

Verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Confidentiality
Planning and organizing
Time management
