Identifying our potential Customers by carrying on a systematic survey of the market related to our present activities.
Intelligence gathering on competitors.
Information gathering on future projects.
Direct contact with clients by e-mails, faxes, phone calls or personal visits.
Generating sales leads for other branches and responding to sales leads received from other branches.
Follow up of visits and contacts
Preparation of meetings for the branch manager or Country advisor
Reporting, establishing a Customers data base to be regularly updated on weekly, monthly basis.
Participation in the preparation of our bids for tenders.
Presentations of our company and services to selected clients and representing the company in pre-bid meetings, bid opening or any other meeting when required.
Entertaining clients when required under instructions of the branch manager or Country advisor
Preparation of marketing reports to the branch manager or Country advisor


Min DIII or relevant degree
Max age 28 years
Min 5 years related experiences
Good understanding in freight forwarding and project procedures
Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work independently and as a team work
English proficiency for verbal and written
Well manage in filling system
Computer literate
